Well whaddaya know?! I've won a prize.
Alene over at Makeover Mondays told me I won her drawing for some foundation and her book Dirty Laundry Secrets.
Makeover Mondays is a fun blog with a four-week online study where she shares a short biblical message and relates makeover tips for looking good from the inside out. Weekly topics have included Cleansing Regimen, A Firm Foundation, and Be Careful Little Eyes. What a clever way to give ourselves a spiritual makeover! Alene's regular blog is Positively Alene.
Thanks, Alene, for the prize and the inspiration.
But you know, as much fun as it is to win this prize (and I won't turn down any others that might come my way!) there's another prize I'm seeking:
I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:14
Now that, my friends, will be the Ultimate Party!!

Congratuations! It's so much fun to win...and I'm glad that even though we will probably never meet face to face here, we will certainly meet at that Ultimate Party.

Ultimate party, indeed! Glad we'll be partying for eternity together in the presence of the Lamb!
Congratulations on the earthly prize, and I'm with you on the heavenly prize!!!
Hey girl,
Your prize is in the mail! Thanks for the shout out today. You are too kind. God is so cool! How He can bring us together from all over for one big blog party is just amazing. Totally awesome! I have to tell you -- I chuckle everytime I read your #1 on a little bit about me post, Party Hearty!
Blessings,
Alene
