All Hail the Power. . . of Texas Weather
Sorry, I couldn't help myself with that title. Because just as we sat down to dinner tonight all hail broke loose. As my girl said, this is the closest we got to snow this year! And wow, talk about noisy!!
Golf, anyone?
I know you wish you lived in such an upscale neighborhood where the driveways are carpeted!

That is HUGE hail. Ours, which is seldom, is usually the size of peas.
ReplyDeleteI love weather. It is SO powerful. It is one of the few things that we have absolutely no control over. I know it can be awful and dangerous but luckily we don't have that problem here in Virginia very often.
Hope there was no damage!
Now that was some hail!! Must have been a doozie of a storm!

So where was the tornado? Usually with golf ball size hail there's alot of wind! WOW those are big snow flakes!
ReplyDeleteWow! All I said was, "Lord, Get Lid's attention with some Charlton Heston Ten Commandments scary mist and plant the seed that it was I who sent it as a warning about not joining the 30 x 5 Challenge." My faith was so small.
ReplyDeleteWow! I had to laugh at the end about the sun shining just a bit later...that's Texas for ya! : ) Hope your property wasn't harmed!
ReplyDeleteThe only thing I don't like about spring is the potential for severe weather, but it's fun when something unusual happens like hail. Glad no one was hurt!
ReplyDeleteHoly moly!!!!! Did you have any damage??

Wow - that is amazing. All hail indeed. At least you didn't say something like "Hail, yes!"
ReplyDeleteThat is crazy, yet still, I miss living in Texas
ReplyDeleteWow!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! Hail is big in Texas! :)
ReplyDeleteEeww! I do not like hail. It is so distructive. I hope you have minimal to no damage!
