MY THOUGHTS

This is only the second book of this series that I've read, but I definitely want to go back and catch up! Emma Rae and Jackson and all the others at The Tanglewood are such a fun bunch of folks. They make me want to go back and get married all over again! Sandra D. Bricker has created the perfect recipe for a thoroughly satisfying read: heaping cups of love, generous splashes of humor, a dash of spice, and a few surprises combine to make this a delectable romance. And for the icing on the cake, a few recipes are even sprinkled among the chapters. Just don't dismiss this novel as being only for starry-eyed bride-to-be's: tender and amusing moments abound with characters of all ages, from Emma's Aunt Sophie to a ragamuffin eleven-year-old hotel "guest." I highly recommend this book and this series. You can read this one as a stand-alone, but I bet you'll go back and get the others!
