Of course it had to be done first thing in the morning while I'm still fasting. That is no problem for what they are taking out of my arm, but the little cup they gave me was impossible to "properly utilize" without having had coffee and other morning liquids. I guzzled some of their water but finally had to leave after the blood draw and go eat breakfast and drink some coffee and OJ.

I finally got done and went on about my day until I was in the shower last night. I've always read that hair conditioner is a great substitute for shave cream. So since I had run out of the latter, I decided to give that theory a try.
It gave me pause, however, when I realized the bottle of conditioner says VOLUMIZING! Here's hoping I won't be trading in my razor for a machete any time soson!

I hope this isn't a foreshadowing of the way 2010 will go!

LOL! Now I know why I have so much trouble shaving! I have been using creme rinse for years! Maybe I should go read the promises on the bottle.
You & your procedure are on my prayer list.
hold on a sec while I grab a tissue to wipe the tears.....this was hilarious to read and the volumizing comment made even my husband laugh...
Prayers also for the upcoming trials!
God Bless your 2K10!
I have never heard of using creme rinse as a substitute!!!
praying for your procedure! I am there too this year!
Cream rinse instead of shaving cream? What a money saver. I will have to try that. I will try and not buy volumizing though, I certainly don't need that.
I will be praying for you this week. I will be having my own procedure this year.
You made me laugh, hopefully it was laughing with you and not at you.
I have that procedure scheduled in February the day before my 21st anniversary!! Not sure how I let that happen! lol
I never heard of using conditioner instead of shaving cream before, but that volumizing comment cracked me up! What a mental picture!
How do you pour Chocolate milk on your cereal! WoW! Hope today is better!
