Praying for endurance in the perpetration for those wonderful procedure that we all look forward to. I have one that I have to schedule in the very near future so I am sure there is a liquid diet waiting for me as well.
I'm in my "fabulous fifties" and my husband and I have been married 25 years. We have a son and a daughter who are both in college. so we are reluctantly entering the empty-nest years. I was an RN in my former (pre-kids) life which comes in handy as I serve in our church's care ministry.
Chatting over a cup of coffee with a friend to encourage and support one another (and share a laugh or even a tear) is one of my favorite things to do.

I am a crunching person too! and I will have to have that procedure done this year...ugh!
Liquids for two days for a medical procedure? I think I know where this is going! BLECK! Praying for you, dear sister.
And praying there are lots of crunchies waiting for you at the end of this! :)
By the way, my word id for this post is "suction" - I kid you not!! Ewwww!!
I hope your appointment went well and you were allowed to chow down on something crunchy as soon as you left the doctor's office.
